Return Process

  Log into your EasyPhones account and navigate to your order history to select the device you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and ensure the phone, original accessories, and packaging are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
